Ne-Net

Né-net was launched in 2005 by designer Kazuaki Takashima under A-net Inc. After graduating from Bunka Fashion College in 1995 and gaining experience at Issey Miyake, Takashima introduced Né-net’s debut at Tokyo Fashion Week for the Spring/Summer 2006 season. The brand quickly gained attention for its playful, genderless approach to streetwear, featuring oversized fits, character-driven graphics, and a youthful energy. Its signature mascot “Nya,” a simple cat illustration, became a recurring icon across clothing, bags, and accessories. In 2006, Takashima was awarded the Mainichi Fashion Grand Prix New Designer Award. Né-net continued to show at Tokyo Fashion Week until Spring/Summer 2015, when the brand stepped back from runway collections. Takashima later shifted focus toward illustration and character design, but Né-net remains a cult favorite for its mix of humor, creativity, and wearable storytelling.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0935/1770/9681/collections/6892e07c86e74304f750c5ef945133a7.jpg?v=1754190642
